Respect of persons :  gives members the means to better understand and control their technical and economic environment as well as the possibility of developing their skills, which in turn allows them to take on more responsibility.
Equity and transparency :  operating rules which are clear and known by all, thus allowing an equitable distribution of work required from each member.  Results obtained by the collective are in function of the objectives known by all and are easily verifiable.

Responsibility :  place at each member and administrator’s disposal all information allowing him to act in a responsible manner and to make decisions which are coherent and conducive to the long term health and expansion of his business as well as that of the Group
Trust :  It ensures the cohesion of the Group and is at the source of the delegation of authority, which is conferred upon the administrators by its members.
