As in all agricultural co-operatives, Sodiaal is administered by a Board of directors. Sodiaal's board of directors consists of 20 members, milk producers, coming from the 5 milk collection regions.  François Iches, President of Auvergne South-Western Region has been elected as President of the Board of Directors, on June 9, 2010. He succeeds Gérard Budin who was President since 1995. The Board of Directors also includes:  
 

Northern Region : Marcel Herbet (president), Olivier Gaffet, Luc Verhaeghe, Régis Bizet.
Centre-East Region :  Jean-Daniel Steib (president), Nicolas Beck, François Matrat, Michel Rechenmann.
South-Eastern Region : Jean-Michel Javelle (president), Christophe Chavot, Laurent Vial.
Auvergne & South-West Region : Damien Lacombe, Laurent Duplomb, Michel Gorse.
West Region : Didier Loiseau (president), Dominique Penloup, Jean-Marc Orieux, Jean-Pierre Faucon.

Sodiaal Board, comprised of six members, defines Group strategy, oversees action plan implementation and handles all of the problems that transcend the various sectors of the dairy industry.
