Sodiaal Union and Sodiaal International

The Sodiaal group comprises Sodiaal Union, head cooperative which president is François Iches, and Sodiaal International, industrial holding which president is Gerard Budin. The Sodiaal Union cooperative makes decisions regarding group strategy, and developments in capital and assets in the interest of members.

Sodiaal International oversees strategic stewardship and monitoring. It integrates shared services for subsidiaries in order to optimize expenses and share competences. It plays a part in fostering coordination and communication in key functions, in order to build coherence and cooperation between business units.
