Senior Management

The group's Board of Directors appoints a Chief Executive, who is answerable to the board for the group's operational management. The Chief Executive is delegated extensive powers by the Board of Directors to perform his role and implement the strategies defined by the Board. Jorge Boucas is Chief Executive since February 1st, 2017. He oversees the whole of the group's employee structure via the Executive Committee.
